Pumpkin Pie Latte

Want to make the perfect hot or cold Pumpkin Pie Latte? We’re here to help with this recipe from our food scientist, Katie Rosenberg. This recipe is made from scratch and a perfect use for any extra pumpkin filling you have leftover from making pumpkin pies. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 118 milliliters cold brew (we used our French Roast)
  • 200 grams light brown sugar
  • 225 grams pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 296 milliliters cups milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Make the cold brew simple syrup.
Let sugar dissolve over low-medium heat, then combine cold brew and light brown sugar to create the cold brew simple syrup.

Step 2: Make the sauce.
Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to simple syrup and let the sauce heat slowly for 5 to 10 minutes over low-medium heat

Step 3: Turn off heat and add in milk of your choice. 

ASSEMBLING A HOT DRINK

Step 1: Combine the following ingredients in your favorite mug:

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 4 tablespoons sauce 
  • 119 milliliters cup milk

Step 2: Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie seasoning.

ASSEMBLING A COLD  DRINK

Step 1: Combine the following ingredients in your favorite mug:

  • 237 milliliters cold brew (we used our French Roast)
  • 8 tablespoons sauce (let cool completely) 
  • 119 milliliters milk

Step 2: Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie seasoning.
